Peak Civil Consultants works from a strategic plan on an annual basis to execute and improve each facet of operations and technical development for the company. We also do this on individual projects, from team development to client understanding. Peak takes a long range view in all aspects of development.

DESIGN

Peak utilizes the most up-to-date design methodology and software in order to provide our clients with the highest level of design services possible. Peak Civil uses AutoCAD Civil 3D exclusively for all drafting and design  processes, resulting in three dimensional modeling that is compatible with Revit® and then used in Building Information Modeling (BIM). These models are useful in identifying critical issues prior to construction. Peak offers in-house surveying services to complement the engineering design division and offer our clients a seamless menu of services.

The diligence that Peak puts in to the design phase, from quality control in design through generating a complete three dimensional model results in easily implementable construction staking in the field. Peak’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control program consists of senior staff performing the roll of independent plan reviewer. This method has proven to be highly effective  because the senior engineers’ possess overall knowledge of the project, as well as being actively involved in managing the plan production phase.
