29th Avenue Lofts
The 29th Ave Lofts project consisted of a multi-story residential loft project on an infill parcel located near 29th Avenue and Zuni Street in the City and County of Denver. Peak Civil teamed with the architect to process and gain approvals through the City. The project consisted of the loft building and associated improvements, an off-site Denver Water waterline extension in 29th Avenue, as well as surrounding street and utility improvements.

Murphy Creek Townhomes
The Murphy Creek Townhomes project in Aurora, Colorado consisted of two parcels of townhome product, streets, amenities, and parking areas. All site drainage and engineering was completed by Peak Civil Consultants. Murphy Creek is an approximately 1,100 acre mixed-use, master planned community in eastern Aurora. Peak Civil Consultants has performed the majority of the design for the subdivision and individual development pods since 1999.
Tresana and Providence
These two Highlands Ranch projects consist of approximately 620 units of different multi-family and single family homes. Peak performed all the entitlement and engineering design for both subdivisions on 71 acres. Both projects were designed to incorporate high density development onto land parcels with relatively steep terrain. Peak worked with the project architects to lay out the development and properly grade it in order to take advantage of the terrain and views of the Front Range mountain scapes to the west of each site.
