REAL Soccor Complex

Peak Civil was contracted by Shea Properties to provide civil design services for a 22 acre soccer complex located in the Meridian Metropolitan District of Douglas County.  The complex will be owned and operated by the REAL Soccer Club.  At final build out the complex will contain 6 regulation size soccer fields, surface parking, and a club house facility.  Peak Civil provided detailed grading plans, parking lot layout, storm water management plans, as well as utility and drainage design for the complex.  Peak also provided construction support services for the first phase of the project which is under construction and scheduled to be completed by Spring of 2012.

Ken Mitchell Park Boardwalk and Fishing Pier

The park design incorporated creating a new community amenity by providing access to the lakefront with the design of a boardwalk and fishing pier.  The design provided by Peak Civil Consultants and the Henry Design Group includes a seawall and a fish conservation pool is being created to maintain fish habitat as the water level is drawn down to serve City of Brighton needs. The existing park has been renovated to incorporate shade structures, picnic facilities, basketball court, additional parking, a flush restroom and new lighting.  Future funding will also allow the park to be connected to a segment of Colorado Front Range Trail.
