Reunion
Reunion is a flagship community in Commerce City, Colorado. Peak Civil Consultants has been involved in the project since 2002 and has provided civil engineering services to the master developer for single family and multifamily residential projects, schools, a commercial/retail center, major infrastructure and community amenities. Altogether, Reunion consists of approximately 3,000 acres of developed land. Peak has designed several hundred acres of infrastructure, including major drainage facilities to date.
Murphy Creek
Murphy Creek is an approximately 1,100 acre mixed-use, master planned community in eastern Aurora. Peak Civil Consultants has performed the majority of the design for the subdivision and individual development pods since 1999. The types of development within Murphy Creek that Peak has designed include single family detached and multifamily residential, a school, a community recreation center and park.
Recent work performed by Peak Civil Consultants includes master drainage and infrastructure design for all spine infrastructure on the south half, approximately 640 acres, for the Metropolitan District.
This included complete design for several miles of major arterial roadway and collector roadways, including all grading, drainage water, sewer, major drainage way crossings, box culverts, and intersection plans. Peak currently serves as the District Engineer for the Murphy Creek Metropolitan District.
Escavera
This development consists of over 250 acres in two filings in Castle Rock, Colorado. Peak Civil performed all infrastructure planning and engineering. The project included flood analysis, channel analysis and design, and regional detention for a tributary of Hangman’s Gulch. The project was completed in 2003. Peak continues to work with Newland Communities, the developer of Escavera.
