East Lake Restaurant

Peak Civil Consultants was the prime consultant on a unique building renovation in Thornton,Colorado.  An old pump house station located on the southeast corner of Lake Avenue and Second Street has been converted to a new restaurant.  This project entailed designing site improvements including on-street parking, the grading and drainage plan and utility connections.  Peak Civil assembled a full spectrum design team, including S.E.E. Architecture, Outdoor Design Group, and San Engineering to make this project a reality.
