REAL Soccor Complex

Peak Civil was contracted by Shea Properties to provide civil design services for a 22 acre soccer complex located in the Meridian Metropolitan District of Douglas County.  The complex will be owned and operated by the REAL Soccer Club.  At final build out the complex will contain 6 regulation size soccer fields, surface parking, and a club house facility.  Peak Civil provided detailed grading plans, parking lot layout, storm water management plans, as well as utility and drainage design for the complex.  Peak also provided construction support services for the first phase of the project which is under construction and scheduled to be completed by Spring of 2012.

Ken Mitchell Park and Open Space opens with Ward hosted barbeque.

Peak Civil was the lead consultant for the design and construction of an important community amenity in Brighton, Colorado.  The recreation amenity includes a new fishing pier, and boardwalk a parking area, upgraded park facilities that include basketball court, BBQ grills, shelters and trail access.

Tanner Avenue & Legacy Parkway 

Gillette, Wyoming

Peak Civil has provided civil and survey services for the design and construction of Tanner and Legacy Parkway as part of the civil improvements to the Legacy Subdivision, a planned 270 acre mixed use development located between Interstate 90 and South Douglas Highway 59 in Gillette, Wyoming.  Peak managed all construction activities including bidding and managing the construction process for the owner.
