As co-founder and president of Peak, Jeff has 22 years of experience in the industry successfully leading residential, recreational, commercial, retail, school and municipal projects.
As President/Owner of Peak Civil Consultants Jeff oversees business development, marketing and operations. Jeff focuses on being able to provide superior customer services and big picture management for all Peak projects. Jeff works closely with consultants from other disciplines on each project, facilitating cooperation and collaboration in order to achieve the most responsible and manageable results in each situation.

Bob Kelsey, P.E., Vice President
As a Civil Engineer and the co-founder of Peak Civil Consultants, Bob has been the lead consultant on successful master planned developments and community infrastructure improvement projects as well as representing clients needs on a variety of project types and smaller developments. Over the past 23 years, Bob has provided services that include civil engineering design and modeling, land planning, land entitlement processing, engineering master planning, budget estimating, construction design and construction administration and management services. Bob has developed relationships with local consultants, jurisdictions, and contractors that fosters a cooperative project effort for clients.
Bob's peers have high regard for his skills and abilities to look at the whole picture and work toward solutions quickly and efficiently. Bob provides leadership in the role of mentoring and monitoring Quality Control for the company, as well as managing technical issues.

Bryan Reid serves as a Project Engineer for Peak Civil Consultants. Over the past 10 years, Bryan has gained a wide variety of experience in civil engineering design, geotechnical testing, project management, and construction observation/administration. Bryan’s professional expertise includes transportation planning & design, trail design, drainage analysis and utility design.

Mike DeWitt, PLS, Survey Manager
Mr. DeWitt’s twenty years of experience includes extensive work in Subdivision Platting, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Surveying, Control Surveys, Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and the preparation of Legal Descriptions and Exhibits for ROW acquisition. Mike has extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of field crew and survey office personnel. He is proficient and up to date with AutoCAD/ Civil 3D, GPS and robotic field equipment. Mike is licensed in Colorado and Washington providing professional engineering services on projects that include residential, government contracts, transportation, commercial and education projects.
